The preparation proces of donkey-hide gelatin cake is as follows:

1. Put the donkey-hide gelatin into the pot, which can be broken or completely soaked. Soak in yellow wine for 48 hours, stirring several times. If you don't soak it after 48 hours, the small fire will melt, provided that you soak it for 48 hours.

If it takes a long time, it will be very hard.

4. Order of ingredients: red dates, walnuts, medlar and black sesame. After each ingredient is poured, it must be stirred evenly before pouring.

5. Pour Ejiao into the prepared mold (spread oil paper) and flatten it.

6. Cool thoroughly.

7. Cut into pieces, wrap them in sticky rice paper and put them in a sealed bag, or put them directly in a big sealed bag. Never put it in a fresh-keeping bag, but in a sealed bag.
