1. Tofu is boiled in cold water 10 minutes, and then blanched.
2. When making tofu, chop the onion, garlic and coriander into a bowl.
3. Add 4 teaspoons of fresh essence and 0.5 teaspoons of sesame oil, and stir evenly to make juice.
When the tofu is cooked thoroughly and made into juice, it can be eaten out of the pot.
