This method is the most direct and thorough method to remove the sediment from scallops. After the frozen scallops are thawed, put the scallops in the boiling water pot, cover the pot, take them out after one minute, then rinse them with water, thoroughly wash the mud in the scallops and drain the water for later use. Sediment can be removed without reservation by this method.
Second, the fresh scallop cleaning method of sediment:
1, soaked in sesame oil and salt water:
If time permits, scallops can be soaked in water with sesame oil and salt. One thing to pay attention to in this method is the temperature of water, which is preferably 20 degrees. If tap water is directly used, the water temperature is low and scallops don't like to open their mouths. Soak in this way for 2-3 hours, and scallops will spit out a lot of sediment.
2, shaking back and forth:
Find a bigger basin or box with a lid, put scallops in it, pour a little water, and then shake the container back and forth with your hands, moderately, not too much. After shaking for two minutes, the scallop will faint and spit out a lot of sediment. Wash it with water and shake it again, and repeat it for three times.
