Fried pedal fish
Pedal fish is a bit like beef tongue, especially suitable for frying. The easiest way is to wash the fish, salt it for 20 minutes and then fry it. This time, I marinated the pedal fish with Mapo Tofu seasoning, and then fried it.

Step 1: Main and auxiliary materials: pedal fish and Mapo tofu seasoning.
Step two, clean the pedal fish.
Step 3, add Mapo tofu seasoning and a little salt.
Step 4, stir evenly and marinate for about 2 hours.
Step 5, put the right amount of oil in the non-stick pan and the pedal fish.
Step 6, fry on medium and small fire until both sides are golden.
Step 7, take out the pot and put it on the plate, then serve it.
Tips:
1, because Mapo tofu seasoning is heavy in color, fried fish is easy to color. 2. Adding salt during curing is an auxiliary seasoning, or it can be added without salt.
