Baked Sweet Potato with Cheese
Ingredients: 1 sweet potato; 1 slice mozzarella cheese; 1 tablespoon whipping cream; 10g butter; 1 tablespoon sugar Directions
Wash the sweet potato, cut it in 2/3 (or cut it in half if the sweet potato is bigger), and steam the sweet potato in a steamer (for about 30 mins, depending on the size of the sweet potato).
