Production steps

3. Fill the palm leaves with glutinous rice, meat and other ingredients in sequence, turn over the rice dumpling leaves to seal the filling, and then tie them tightly with rice dumpling ropes.
4. Take a large pot, boil the water, put the wrapped meat dumplings into the pot and cook.

1. For glutinous rice, you should choose fresh glutinous rice from that year.
2. When adding ingredients to the rice dumplings, you can make the recipe according to your personal preferences.
3. No matter what shape the rice dumplings are, the same principle is that they must be wrapped tightly, especially the ropes must be firmly tied, otherwise one of them will leak out, and only the remaining ones will be picked up after cooking. Zong leaves are gone.
