Pour flour, dry yeast and baking powder into a large bowl and mix well.
Add proper amount of water, make dough, and stir for half an hour.
Roll the awakened dough into a rectangle and then grease it. When the dough is big, roll it into two rectangular pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roll it up.
Cut in half along the length.
Turn the slice up, dish it into a cake, then turn it over and cut it off.
Roll out the cake with a rolling pin and bake for 15 minutes.
Grease the bottom of the pot, fry the cake in the pot until the bottom is golden, brush the surface with oil, turn over and continue frying until both sides are golden, and the in-laws cake is ready.
