2. Wash the wax gourd, peel the seeds and pulp, and cut into 7 mm thick pieces (wax gourd seeds, skin dried and preserved).

Note: Wax gourd belongs to cold. If kelp belonging to cold is added, it can be suitable for people with heat syndrome. People with cold syndrome can use warm chicken soup and add more ginger. Wax gourd seeds can cure chronic gastritis, moisten the lungs and eliminate phlegm, relieve pain and diuresis, and moisturize the skin.
