Ingredients:
100 grams of grass carp cubes, 100 grams of tofu, appropriate amount of minced ginger and garlic, 5 ml of vegetable oil.
Method:
1. Cut grass carp into 2 cm square dices, add refined salt and cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes and set aside.
2. Cut the tofu into 2 cm square dices, simmer in a pot of boiling water for a while, then remove and set aside.
3. Add oil to the wok, add diced grass carp and fry for a while, then remove from the pan and set aside.
4. Heat up another oil pan, sauté the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant, add the tofu and stir-fry carefully for a while, then add the diced fish, add the soup and cook until fragrant. When the pot is boiling, add green onions, monosodium glutamate and refined salt and stir well.
