How to stir fry asparagus ?
Slice the asparagus and mushrooms, and chop the ginger, garlic and colored peppers.

Heat the oil in the pan, salt, ginger, garlic, colored peppers into the pan and stir fry, then add the mushrooms and asparagus stir fry break.
