The name of the certified product, that is, biscuit, should be indicated on the production license. The biscuit production license is valid for 3 years, and its product category number is 080 1.

Third, the necessary production resources
(1) origin.
Biscuit production enterprises should not only have the necessary production environment, but also have raw and auxiliary material warehouses, production workshops and finished product warehouses suitable for enterprise production. If the production line is not continuous, there must be a cooling workshop. Enterprises that produce fermented products must also have fermentation rooms.

Five, the relevant requirements of raw and auxiliary materials
The raw and auxiliary materials for the production of biscuits by enterprises must conform to national standards, industry standards and relevant regulations. When purchasing raw and auxiliary materials that are included in the production license management, products produced by enterprises that have obtained production licenses shall be selected. If the core materials of sandwich products are outsourced, the incoming inspection system should be formulated and implemented.
Six, the necessary factory inspection equipment

Seven, inspection items

Eight, sampling method
According to the product variety that the enterprise applies for certification, 1 product is randomly selected for inspection. Where an enterprise produces sandwich products, it shall extract sandwich products.
Randomly select certified inspection samples from the enterprise finished product warehouse. The samples to be sampled shall be the products of the same batch within the warranty period, with the products of the same grade and specification as the sampling base, the sampling base shall be no less than 200 bags (boxes), the random sampling shall be no less than 4kg, and the minimum packaging shall be no less than 8 samples. The sample is divided into two parts, 1 for inspection and 1 for future reference.
After the sample is confirmed to be correct, the sampling personnel and the relevant personnel of the sampled unit shall sign and seal the sampling form, seal the sample on the spot and affix the seal. The seal shall have the signature of the sampling personnel, the seal of the sampling unit and the sealing date. If the sample is sandwich products, it should be indicated on the sampling list.
