Bean skin fried cabbage
Materials
Bean skin 100 grams, cabbage 500 grams, 25 grams of carrots, mushrooms 6, 1 branch of green onions, 10 grams of ginger, 100 ㏄, a little salt, a little pepper, 1/4 tsp. chicken broth, 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
Method
1; Wash and slice cabbage; slice celery and carrot; soften and slice mushroom; slice green onion; slice ginger and set aside.
2. Heat a wok, add 2 tbsp salad oil, sauté the green onion and ginger from recipe 1, then add the sliced mushrooms and bean curd pieces and sauté.
3. Add carrots and cabbage slices in the same pan as in step 2 and stir-fry until soft, then add all the seasonings and stock.
