Stir-fried onions recipe 1,
Materials
Three medium-sized onions, one tomato, two ounces of lean pork, a little ginger, "Meilin spicy soy sauce" ( Worcester sauce)
Method
1) Cut the onions into shreds, not too thin, and cut the tomatoes into strips as well.
2) Fry as usual. The same as the meat, stir-fry the meat with ginger and cooking wine,
3) Then put the onions and tomatoes together, put the tomatoes first to enhance the taste, and add a little soy sauce as the onions will rot easily after adding the tomatoes. Some water, otherwise it will be a bit dry, (as appropriate), then add at least one tablespoon of spicy soy sauce. The onions must be relatively rotten to taste.
