Steps of Roasting Sanhuang Chicken in Sauce
1.? Cut the chicken into small pieces, put it in a pot, blanch the bleeding water with cold water, and take out the water control.
2.? Cut winter bamboo shoots, Tricholoma, Pleurotus eryngii, green pepper and radish into sections, then blanch the first three and dry them in the air for later use.
