Anji White Tea is a variety with genetic variation, which only turns white when the temperature is 15-23℃ before and after Qingming every spring, forming the characteristics of green veins and white leaves.
Then the leaves gradually turn green, and then the grown leaves no longer turn white, but appear green directly.
The cause of leaf whitening is actually the change of chlorophyll content. In other words, when the chlorophyll content is low, the leaves turn white and the chlorophyll content rises, and the leaves will become green again.
