Pour the processed radish strips into a bowl, add a proper amount of salt to taste, add a spoonful of white sugar, add a spoonful of pepper powder and spiced powder, add a spoonful of pepper noodles according to your own taste, and then mix them evenly with both hands. Finally, add a small bottle of high-alcohol liquor, and mix them evenly with both hands. Adding some liquor has the function of disinfection and sterilization, which can prolong the storage time of dried radish.
5. Prepare a clean glass jar, put the dried radish into the glass jar, press it by hand, cover it and put it in a cool and dry place for pickling, and you can eat it in 2 hours.
