How to prepare winter melon roasted pork slices

Peel and slice the winter melon in advance and set aside.

Pour 8g of cornstarch into the pork belly, add chopped ginger, pour in a little soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.

Pour in an appropriate amount of cold boiled water, the water should cover the winter melon, cover the pot and simmer slowly.

After boiling over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer slowly. After about 10 minutes, when the soup thickens obviously, add salt and chives, turn off the heat and serve in a bowl. That’s it.
