One, mushroom shed construction

After the material is prepared, pre-wet the wood chips, evenly sprinkle the bran and gypsum into the wood chips, add water to mix, turn 4-5 times, mix well and keep the moisture content at 58-60%.
Three, bagging and sterilization
1t dry wood chips can be made into 700 ~ 800 sticks. A single shed needs 20 ~ 25t of culture material and 17000 ~ 18000 sticks.
Sterilization method of space bag: the bag is put in layered or non-layered bag. Firing with a pot, the pot temperature reaches 100 ℃ for 4 ~ 6 hours. Continue to heat and maintain at this temperature (airtight for 24 hours), then let it simmer overnight. When the material temperature drops to 70°C, the pot temperature is absorbed and quickly moved to the cooling chamber. When the temperature inside the bag drops to 20°C, inoculation begins.
Four, inoculation
Before inoculation, use tools such as polymyxin to sterilize the environment. Put the inoculation stick, mushroom bag and other tools into the inoculation box and sterilize it for 30 minutes with the sterilizing box. One inoculation stick has 3 ~ 5 inoculation holes, and one inoculation box inoculates 50 ~ 60 inoculation sticks at a time. Multiple inoculation boxes can be recycled for sterilization and inoculation.
V. Greenhouse Cultivation
Bacterial culture time is about 4 months. Requirements sealed, dry, temperature of 20 ℃ ~ 25 ℃. When the mycelium grows to 5 centimeters, check for stray bacteria. When the mycelium grows to 8 cm, remove the outer bag. Ventilate regularly to avoid scorching the bacteria at high temperature. When the mycelium is so full that it occupies more than 2/3 of the bag, start piercing.
Sixth, water injection
After bagging, enter the production management period of shiitake mushroom. After bagging, spray water in time to keep the humidity in the shed above 90%, diffuse light, control the temperature between 10℃ - 20℃, keep 10℃ temperature difference.
