Method
Choose fat and thin pork belly and cut it into cubes

Prepare the ingredients
Heat the cast iron pot over low heat for two minutes. After the pot is hot, put in the clean water and start frying the pork belly until it turns yellow. It doesn’t matter if you fry it for a while. If you fry the fatty meat for a long time, it will not taste greasy.
