Ingredients
1 box of minced pork, 1-2 green onions, a good amount of grated carrots, 250-300 grams of pickled winter melon, a good amount of broth from the pickled winter melon,
a little bit of soy sauce (about 1 tsp) and a little bit of drizzle of flavored soy sauce (about 1 tsp).
Step by step
(1) Dice the pork, carrots, scallions, and pickled winter melon. Add a little mirin or rice wine
(a little bit has a deodorizing effect). Stir well, then pick up the meat and drop it into a bowl. Drop it until it comes out of the bowl.
(It is a little sticky and elastic like this);
(2) Use a spoon and your hands to make the paste into a ball. Drizzle with a little of the marinade. A little bit of soy sauce (to add color);
(3) Put it into an electric pot and steam it with a cup of water in the outer pot. When the electric pot jumps up, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
