These days the weather is too hot, whipping cream across the ice water is easier to whip.

Mix: 1, whipped whipped cream + 2, whipped mix egg (step 2 above) + 3, mango puree.
The mango is heavy, so make sure you mix it well from the bottom up or it will sink underneath. Finally tap out the air. Ice into the fridge for about 5 hours (or overnight) and it's done~
