-Steps-
1. Wash vegetables and meatballs. Cut the red pepper and onion.
2. After the pot is hot, add proper amount of peanut oil, then add pepper, onion and meatballs, stir fry, add a little water and add vegetables after three minutes. Add salt, soy sauce, spicy fresh, cumin powder and chicken essence in turn. After three or two minutes, turn off the fire and put on the plate.

Remember not to use too much water when adding water, or it will boil and not taste good. Mine are all fried in light color and delicious.
