Supplement: 3g of salt, 5g of garlic, 5g of ginger, 1 chili pepper, 5g of oyster sauce, 5ml of cooking wine
Step by step
1. Cut a few cuts into the gizzards horizontally and vertically to make a loose flower shape
2. Boil the gizzards in the water for about 20 minutes
3. Break the garlic moss off the gizzards while they're cooking.
4. Cook the gizzards and rinse them well
5. Pour oil into the pot. Then add ginger, garlic, chili, burst incense
6. Then pour in the gizzards and stir fry on high heat.
Add wine, salt, oyster sauce between frying
7. Stir fry for three or four minutes, add the right amount of water, cook until the gizzard soft mouth can be mounted on the plate. I cooked for nearly 20 minutes. Only barely entrance.
