Being vegetarian is to cultivate people's compassion, and it is not that simple that good deeds will be rewarded with good deeds. Good deeds are rewarded with good deeds. To be precise, it should be "good fortune". The so-called blessings include wealth, reputation, appearance, status, lifespan, popularity, luck and other factors. Everyone's blessings are obtained by their actions in the previous life, more or less, depending on the person. However, the reason why gods, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas can become gods and Buddhas naturally accumulates huge blessings, especially for Buddhas, whose blessings are almost unlimited. If we behave upright and have good intentions, and use this to pray to gods, Buddhas and bodhisattvas, then different people can receive the following gifts:
1. Under the guidance of Buddha, go in the direction of good blessings, and gradually become blessed The so-called "blessings are sought by oneself, destiny is created by oneself".
2. Being blessed and compassionate, advance one's future blessings, enjoy them in advance, and use this as a starting point to do more good deeds , Doing more good deeds can not only make up for future blessings, but also accumulate more blessings.
3. With the mercy of the Buddha, he practices expedient methods and bestows his own blessings on you, using them as seeds to plant good roots for you and achieve your future blessings.
——So if you want to get good blessings through Buddhist practice (that is, what you call "good rewards"), it is a comprehensive behavioral process, not a simple 1+1=2 process, otherwise if you think about it the other way around, if you can get good rewards by being a vegetarian, what about cows? Where is the horse? Where are the sheep? They have been vegetarians all their lives, so why are they still reincarnated in the secondary realms? Can't we escape the fate of cattle, horses and sheep for generations to come?
