Pancake sweet sauce

Ingredients

Spicy soy sauce 75g, vinegar 75g, ketchup 100g, soy sauce 70g, honey 30g, mirin 70g, sugar 30g, apple puree 60g

Methods

1. Mix Merlin's spicy soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce, and mirin together. Add honey and mix well.

2. Heat the sugar.

3. Add the apple puree and stir until well blended.

Pancake Dip

Ingredients

Ingredients A: 100g Korean chili sauce, 50cc vinegar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp minced garlic

Ingredients B: 2 tbsp finely chopped green onion, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp cooked white sesame seeds

Precipients

1: Mix ingredient A well, then add ingredient B and mix well.

2. Usage: Can be used as hot pot dipping sauce, seafood dipping sauce, and various dipping sauces.
