The first fire in Beijing was set up by Yao Chunxuan and his wife, who came to Beijing from Shunyi, a suburb of Beijing, during Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty, and set up a snack stall in Dong 'an market. Their fire is different: pork is cut fat and thin, made into rice granules, and minced ginger and onion are added to make stuffing; Use warm water to make soft noodles and roll them into thin skin; Then, the skin is stuffed, folded into long strips, put into a cake pan, and fried until golden brown, with tender outside and delicious inside. The shape of the fire broke through the usual circle and became a "long thin-skinned pie", hence the name "wallet". One to two, the business of the stall is getting hotter and hotter. Mr. and Mrs. Yao simply opened a small shop called Runminglou, which specializes in wallet fire. Later, the store closed down because of the poor management of the younger generation of the Yao family. Luo Huxiang and Hao Jiarui, two guys in Runming Building, passed on the "incense" and started a restaurant in the front door frame alley in partnership, continuing to operate the fire. The name of the store is borrowed from the names of the two people, and it is called "Xiangrui Restaurant". For a time, it became famous in Beijing and became a household name. 1997 was awarded as "Chinese Famous Snack" by China Cuisine Association.
There are also beef and mutton stuffing in the "wallet fire", but at first it was pork stuffing, which is an authentic Chinese food.
