1, matsutake is a precious edible fungus, known as the "king of fungus". Scientific name matsutake, also known as matsutake mushrooms, fungi, Taiwan fungi, is the pine tree and other trees of the exogenous mycorrhizal fungi. Matsutake is rich in protein, 18 kinds of amino acids, 14 kinds of essential trace elements, 49 kinds of active nutrients, 5 kinds of unsaturated fatty acids, nucleic acid derivatives, peptides and other rare elements. It also contains three precious active substances, namely double-chained matsutake polysaccharide, matsutake polypeptide and matsutake alcohol. It is the most precious natural medicinal fungus in the world. It has a special aroma and tastes like abalone. It is very smooth and refreshing.
2. Matsutake mushroom has very strict requirements on the growing environment. It can only grow in the primitive forest without any pollution and human intervention. Spores must be formed with the roots of pine trees *** raw relationship, *** raw species of trees must be more than 50 years old in order to form mycelium and fungus pool. At the same time, it needs to rely on broadleaf forests such as cypresses and oaks to provide nutritional support and form healthy fruiting bodies. The growth of matsutake can be divided into four stages: spores forming mycelium, mycelium forming mycorrhizae, mycorrhizae nourishing substrates, and substrates dispersing spores. The whole process takes 5~6 years. When a matsutake mushroom blossoms and becomes old, it will disperse 40 billion spores.
3. These spores are dispersed with the wind, and only those that fall under the pine roots survive. With rain and dew, they sink into shallow soil, absorb nutrients near the roots, and grow mycelium. The mycelium will gradually increase and form a mycorrhiza. After 5 to 6 years, a substrate will grow at the mycorrhizal root, which is often referred to as a matsutake mushroom. The substrate will grow rapidly, then age quickly and start a new cycle.
4. Matsutake mushrooms have a very short lifespan. Generally, it takes only 7 days for the substrate to mature. After 48 hours of substrate maturation, the matsutake mushroom will rapidly senesce, feeding back nutrients from its body to the roots and soil of the pine tree. Without a kind of nutrition itself, the surface will be cracked, dehiscence and flower dropping phenomenon, which is called open matsutake or old matsutake. Before matsutake mushrooms can be harvested, they must receive adequate rain and sufficient light immediately after birth. In addition, factors such as temperature, insect pests, and mycelial damage caused by violent human collection will also have a direct impact on the growth of matsutake mushrooms. It can be said that the birth of each matsutake mushroom is a miracle of creation.
