Materials:
Beef, winter bamboo shoots, dried peppers, prickly ash, onion, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, salt and dried tangerine peel.
Braised beef with winter bamboo shoots
1. Wash the brisket and cut it into small pieces to taste. Cut the winter bamboo shoots into pieces and blanch them.
2. Put a little oil in the pot, heat it, add 4-5 dried peppers and a little pepper, stir fry until the burdock is dry.
3. After the sirloin is fried, add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, one spoonful of sugar and a little pepper noodles to stir-fry and color, and stir-fry for fragrance.
4. Move the brisket into the soup pot and add boiling water. When the brisket is over, add onion, ginger, 2 star anises and a little dried tangerine peel.
