Ingredients: 5 rabbit heads, sugar 10g, rapeseed oil 100ml, pepper 50g (red, sharp and dried), appropriate amount of spices, cooking wine 10ml, ginger 20g and onion 20g.
1. Trim the fresh rabbit head. Cut off your ears, eyelids and throat one by one.
2. Then add cooking wine, ginger and onion to marinate the rabbit head for 20-30 minutes.
3. After curing, boil boiling water in a hot pot, put the rabbit's head in stew for 10 minute to remove the residual blood.
4. Add rapeseed oil to the wok. After cooking, add Chili noodles, sesame seeds, sugar and salt and stir-fry until fragrant. Then cook the rabbit head for 20 minutes.
5. The rabbit head fully absorbed the spicy and sweet taste in the wok, and finally put it on the plate.
