Ingredients: dried potato chips 120g, pork belly 400g, shallots 15g, garlic 20g, dried red pepper, star anise, cinnamon, oil, salt, soy sauce, white sugar, chicken essence and ginger.
Practice:. Wash and soak the dried potato chips, and then prepare other materials. Cut onion into small pieces, garlic into large pieces, ginger into long strips, cinnamon into small pieces, and dried pepper into small pieces. Cut the pork belly into pieces. Put less oil in the wok, heat it, add pork belly and stir-fry until it smells like meat. Add a proper amount of soy sauce and a spoonful of white sugar and continue to stir fry. Add the prepared onion, garlic, ginger, cinnamon and dried pepper, and stir-fry the onion and garlic. Add the dried potato chips and stir fry a few times. Add water without all the ingredients, add a proper amount of salt, then cover the lid and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn to medium heat until the soup is exhausted. Add the right amount of chicken essence, stir-fry for a few times and take out the pot.
