Tools/Materials: 300g of silkworm chrysalis, 8g of chopped green onion, 8g of ginger, 8g of garlic, 5g of salt, 2g of monosodium glutamate and 2 pieces of star anise.
1. Soak the silkworm chrysalis in warm salt water 10 minute.
2. When soaking silkworm chrysalis, prepare onion, ginger, minced garlic and star anise for later use.
3. After10 minutes, clean the silkworm chrysalis for later use.
4. Pour a proper amount of water into the pot, add salt and star anise, bring to a boil, add silkworm chrysalis and cook.
