1. 2. Make some noodles in the process of dough proofing. Prepare two potatoes, first cut into slices and then diced. Cut a little cabbage into strips and cut it short. Prepare a tomato, slice it first, and then dice it. Prepare a little lean meat and dice it. Cut some onion, ginger and garlic.
3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add diced meat after the oil is hot, stir-fry the diced meat until it dries up and emits fragrance, then add chopped onion, ginger and garlic, and then stir-fry continuously. Stir-fry a little spiced powder, stir-fry constantly, add some soy sauce and then add tomatoes. Stir-fry tomatoes, add potatoes and cabbage, stir-fry them evenly, add appropriate amount of water, add salt to taste, and pour some oil. Cover the pot and cook until the potatoes are cooked. When it's cooked, hook some thickening powder to make the soup thicker.
4. Knead the proofed dough again and divide the dough into two pieces with a knife. Press it with a rolling pin, roll it up from one end after it is pressed open. Roll the dough back and forth into large pieces like this.
5. After rolling thin, sprinkle some dry flour on it, stack it from one end, back from the other end, and put it in the middle on the other side. Stagger the position before and after, cut the noodles into thin strips, and then roll the noodles.
6. Boil the water and add the noodles. After cooking, take them out and put them in a bowl. Pour the marinade into the noodles, and a delicious handmade noodles will be made.
