Bacon is one of the local specialties and can be tasted in stalls or small restaurants. When a customer chooses bacon, the shopkeeper or stall owner first burns the meat selected by the customer on a coal stove, then directly burns it until it drops of oil, then soaks it in boiling water with alkali, and then wipes it on the surface of the meat with a cleaning ball.
