1. Fried noodles
Ingredients
A few large mushrooms, a pack of oil noodles, a piece of tofu, a red bell pepper, 2 green onions, cooked white A little sesame seeds, 15 large shrimps, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of water, 2 dried red chili peppers, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Method
1. First cut the tofu into small pieces, shred the red bell pepper, slice the shiitake mushrooms (mushrooms) after they are cooked, and cut the prawns into two pieces.
2. Slice garlic, chop green onion, and cut dry red pepper into small pieces.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil over medium heat, add green onions, minced garlic, and shrimp and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add red pepper and stir-fry until flavourful. Dish out and set aside.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, add tofu cubes, stir occasionally until golden brown, add mushrooms and red pepper shreds, and stir-fry until the shiitake mushrooms (mushrooms) are cooked.
5. Add water, light soy sauce, sugar and oil noodles to the pot, stir-fry until the oil noodles are evenly coated with the sauce.
6. Turn to very low heat, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes. Add the fried shrimps and stir-fry evenly.
7. Take out of the pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
2. Fried noodles
Ingredients
250g soybean sprouts, 150g vermicelli, 150g tenderloin, 100g leeks, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tsp salt , 1 tsp cooking wine, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp pepper.
Method
1. Pick and wash the bean sprouts, cut the tenderloin into shreds, mix well with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp light soy sauce, cooking wine and cornstarch and marinate. 10 minutes.
2. Cook the vermicelli, remove and drain.
3. Heat the oil in a pot, fry the shredded pork until cooked, and serve out.
4. Heat oil in the pot again, add onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, add bean sprouts and stir-fry evenly.
5. Add vermicelli, add half a cup of water, pour in all the remaining seasonings and stir well.
6. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the soup thickens. Before serving, add shredded pork and stir-fry the leek segments for 10 seconds and immediately turn off the heat.
3. Fried rice
Ingredients
150 grams of rice, 1 egg, sausage, peas, shrimp, a little green onion, appropriate amount of salt, oil and chicken essence.
Method
1. Add a little oil to the pan and scramble the eggs, break them up and serve out.
2. Stir-fry chopped green onions, diced sausages, peas, and shrimps for 1 or 2 minutes.
3. Add a little oil to fry the rice. If you want softer rice, add a small spoonful of water and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add all the ingredients into the rice, stir, season with salt and chicken essence, and take it out of the pot.
