The nearest is Maxim's and Nim's Western Restaurant at Chongwenmen intersection, about 3 kilometers north of the East Gate of the Temple of Heaven.

There are still some places I don't know if I can meet your requirements.

1. The taste opposite the East Gate of the Temple of Heaven is delicious. There is a coffee shop upstairs, where you can eat desserts and drink coffee with cakes.

2. There is a coffee shop on the top floor of Bai Rong World Trade Center in the northwest corner of Muxiyuan Bridge, about 2km south of the West Gate of the Temple of Heaven.

3. About two kilometers south of the East Gate of the Temple of Heaven, there are two pizza shops on both sides of Puhuangyu intersection.
