2. Knead the dough until 10 minutes, then add the butter and continue kneading for 15 minutes, then ferment and let rise until 2 times its size.
3. While the bread machine is kneading and rising, make the pizza sauce and set aside. Add the tomato sauce, granulated sugar, black pepper, garlic, chopped onion, oyster sauce, pizza grass and water together in a bowl.
4. Mix well with chopsticks.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and heat over medium heat for 1 minute, remove from heat and mix well.
6. Prepare the ingredients for the pizza topping.
7. Wash and drain the peppers, red peppers, carrots, mushrooms, onions and kale, and cut the vegetables and sausage with a knife.
8. Put the ingredients for the pizza topping (except the sausage) into a baking dish.
9. Bake in the middle of the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes or until the water runs out.
10. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size, then press it down with a lightly floured finger.
11. Remove the dough from the oven and roll it out.
12. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to 8 inches.
13.Brush the inside of the pizza pan with corn oil (or grease it with butter).
14. Place the rolled out pizza crust in the pan and press down on the crust with your hands, stretching the crust until it's the same size as the pan and squeezing out a rounded edge around the edges.
15. Using a tablespoon, press down on the edges of the crust.
16. Prick holes in the crust with a fork and let rise again for about 20 minutes.
17. Brush the edges with egg wash.
18.Place the pizza sauce in the center of the crust.
19. Sprinkle with 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
20.Top with pre-roasted vegetables and diced sausage.
21.Bake in the middle of the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
22. Remove from the oven after 15 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and continue to bake for 3-5 minutes until the cheese melts away.
