1. Method 1: Wash the okra, cut the head and tail, then cut into 1-inch thick pieces, dice the onion, heat the pan with oil, and fry the onion for two minutes. Add okra and all seasonings, stir-fry for 3 minutes, then cover the pot and reduce heat to low and simmer for 8 minutes.
2. Method 2: Ingredients: 1 box of snowflake beef slices, 5 okra, 0.5 onions, 1/4 carrot, 3 to 5 cloves of garlic, a little salt, and a little black pepper. Prepare ingredients and clean and wash. Remove the membrane from the garlic and pat lightly, cut the carrots into flowers, cut the okra into small rounds, and cut the onions into cubes. Add a little oil, first add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add the carrots and onions and stir-fry until the onions turn translucent. Add the beef slices and okra, stir-fry until the beef turns white and the okra turns green (you can add a little water during the frying process), and finally season with salt and pepper.
3. Method 3: Cut the onion into small dices and the okra into small pieces. Put a spoonful of oil, add onions and stir-fry. Add okra and 100cc of water, cover the pot and simmer for three minutes. Open the lid and try to see if the okra is soft. If the okra is already soft, turn off the heat. Just add salt and white pepper to taste before serving.
