The method of spicy fried squid shreds:

50g peanut oil, 2g salt, 2g soy sauce, 2g vinegar, 2 slices ginger,/kloc-0 garlic, 5 millet peppers, 5g cooking wine, 5g rice vinegar and a proper amount of sugar.
Steps:
1. Boil the water in the pot and add shredded squid and cooking wine;
2. Stir quickly with a shovel, and turn off the fire when the shredded squid is scalded to slightly discolor;
3. Take out the shredded squid quickly, put it in cold water for cooling, and then control the water to dry for later use;
