Cumin Chicken Breast
Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts
Practice:
1. Cut chicken breast into cubes, add green onion, ginger and garlic, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soya sauce, ? tablespoon of soya sauce, a pinch of salt, black pepper and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and marinate for 10 minutes
2. Heat oil and pan fry the chicken breasts until they are crisp and burnt, then add 1 tablespoon of cumin and stir fry them well.
