There are several ways to make dumplings in fancy ways:
1. Add half a spoonful of salt to the flour and stir evenly, then slowly add water to form a smooth dough. Make the dough as hard as possible and let it rest for half an hour before using. 2. Knead the dough into a round strip and cut it into even small pieces; roll the small pieces into a dumpling wrapper that is thick in the middle and thin on the edges. The second type of sunflower dumpling: put the filling in the center of one piece of dumpling wrapper, and cover it with another piece of dumpling wrapper. Use your fingers to pinch the folded edges of the two dumpling skins thinly, then pinch them into a spike-like lace, and so on.
