Ingredients: celery, dried bean curd, red pepper, garlic, dried pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt.
Exercise:

Scrambled eggs with spinach
Ingredients: spinach, fungus, eggs, green onions, garlic, red pepper, salt.
