Materials: chaotic skin, stuffing.
1, first put the stuffing in the middle, and brush some water on the wonton skin.

4. Glue the left and right corners together or overlap them. (The left corner in the picture presses the right corner, which is a traditional technique. )
5. Boil the water, put a little salt, shrimp skin and chopped green onion in the big bowl, add 1 spoon of boiled water, and preferably add a little chopped green onion oil. Put a little salt in the pot after the water is boiled (mainly to prevent wonton from touching the pot), add wonton and boil it. In the meantime, add cold water and stir the wonton for three times. After the last water is boiled, turn off the fire and stew for 2 minutes, and then put it in a bowl and eat.
