Ingredients: 500g noodles, 200g meat, long beans 150g, bean sprouts 100g, 2 peppers, 2 strips of ginger, 2 garlic, salt, thirteen spices 1 spoon, chicken essence, soy sauce, tomatoes and cooking wine.
1. add water to the steamer, put the water into the colander after boiling, put the noodles on the colander, cover the pot and steam for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare the required ingredients: sliced meat (whatever you want to eat), sliced beans, sliced peppers, chopped tomatoes, sliced ginger, sliced garlic and washed bean sprouts on the plate.
3. Add oil to the wok. When the oil is hot, first put the meat in the wok and fry it until it is 90% cooked. 4. After the dish is cooked, pour the steamed noodles into the wok, add a small amount of soy sauce and mix well with the dish. Then steam in a steamer for 5 minutes.
