Technology:

4. When the starch paste condenses into white when it is heated, the rotator tilts. Make the water in the pot pour into the spinner, then you can see that the vermicelli gradually turns from white to transparent, pour out the water, and wait 1 minute for the vermicelli to be cooked.
5. Take out the vermicelli spinner, put it into a cold basin, expose it after cooling, lay it flat, dry the surface moisture in the shade (fresh vermicelli) or dry it in the sun (dry vermicelli), package and sell it. .
Note: The key to making vermicelli is the time when water is injected into the spinner. If it is too early, the vermicelli has not yet formed, and if it is too late, the vermicelli will crack. It is best to wait for the powder slurry in the cyclone to turn white gradually, and when there is no water, hot water can be injected.
