The female adult is about 30 cm long and the male adult is about 20 cm long. After mating, a female lays 65,438+000 ~ 200,000 eggs every day, which are discharged with feces and develop into infectious eggs in about 20 days.

Not only abdominal pain, loss of appetite, diarrhea and other symptoms, but also convulsions, headaches, dizziness, eating foreign bodies by mistake and so on. Adults can also cause cholangitis, appendicitis, peritonitis and so on.

Ascaris eggs can be found in feces, and anthelmintics should be taken under the guidance of a doctor. Quyiling is a low toxicity and high efficiency drug for expelling octopus. The dosage for children is 75 ~ 150mg/kg body weight every day, twice in the morning and evening, for a total of 1 ~ 2 days, and the total daily dosage shall not exceed 3g. Adults take 3 ~ 3.5g daily on an empty stomach 1 time for 2 ~ 3 days.

In terms of prevention, the source of transmission should be cut off and dishes must be washed before cooking. As long as you don't eat raw vegetables with ascaris eggs, you can prevent infection. In addition, the feces should be treated harmlessly to prevent the vegetables planted from being contaminated by eggs, which is the most fundamental preventive measure.
