The 5-step method for making sweet and sour pork ribs is as follows:
Main ingredients: spare ribs, rock sugar.
Accessories: ginger, green onions, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, mature vinegar, and white sugar.
1. Wash the ribs and soak them in cold water for half an hour, which can better remove the blood.
2. After the ribs are soaked, take them out and put them into the pot under cold water. Add the green onions and a few slices. Bring to a boil over high heat with a spoonful of cooking wine for 2 minutes and blanch the blood.
