Materials used
One lemon.
1 electric egg beater or manual egg beater.
A glass or ceramic bowl.
A colander.
1. Prepare lemons and an electric whisk.
2. First cut the lemon horizontally and put it into a bowl. Hold the lemon with one hand, and then place the whisk on the cross-section of the lemon.
3. Rotate it clockwise so that the lemon juice is quickly squeezed out.
4. If you don’t have an electric egg beater, you can also use a manual egg beater.
5. Finally, just filter out the dregs.
