Ingredients: pure milk 1000g, sugar 70g, and a package of fermented bacteria powder.
Steps:
1. Prepare materials and appliances.
2. Boil water in the pot and sterilize the yogurt container, lid and clip together for one minute. This step is very important. The purpose is to kill all bacteria in containers and utensils. The unsterilized yogurt container will affect the quality and shelf life of yogurt.
3. Add three spoonfuls of sugar to the sterilized liner. If you like sour food, you can add no sugar or a small amount.
4. Then pour a small amount of milk into the liner and melt it in boiling water. This step can be omitted if no sugar is added.
5. Add milk to melt the sugar, take it out, pour out all the remaining milk, add a bag of yogurt powder, stir it evenly in one direction with a sterilized bread clip, cover it and put it in a yogurt machine.
6. The whole fermentation process takes at least eight hours. If you like sour, you can add more time. The longer the fermentation time, the more sour the yogurt, but be careful not to exceed 12 hour. Also, be careful not to lift the lid of the yogurt machine during fermentation, which will affect the fermentation temperature and the quality of yogurt.
7. When the fermentation time is over, you can open the lid to make yogurt.
Yogurt is made of fermented milk, which is sweet and sour, smooth and nutritious, and is deeply loved by people. Experts call it "2 1 century food" and it is a kind of "nutritional product with unique functions".
It can regulate the balance of microorganisms in the body. Compared with fresh milk, yogurt not only has all the famous nutrients of fresh milk, but also enables protein to form fine milk lumps. Calcium lactate produced by combining lactic acid with calcium is easier to digest and absorb.
