The process of making homemade toys when I was a child is as follows:
1. Bubble maker.
The materials are very simple, just prepare twist sticks and beads.
Make a small ring in the middle of the twist stick, fix it with beads, and string the handles with beads.
2. Ejector.
The materials are very simple, including popsicle sticks, plastic spoons, rubber bands, hot melt guns, and waste paper. First stack two popsicle sticks and glue them together to become the base of the catapult. Prepare 4 more popsicle sticks and glue them two by two.
Place two sets of popsicle sticks vertically, then prepare five popsicle sticks to align and glue them, place them directly on the base, and then use rubber bands to fix them at both ends. Just tie the spoons to the chopsticks respectively, and use rubber bands to define the heads to form a launch pattern.
3. Balloon hovercraft.
Tools: cardboard, white paper, colored pens, scissors, magnets, paper clips.
To make this little toy, you need to prepare cardboard, white paper, colored pens, scissors, magnets and paper clips.
First use a colored pen to draw a cute little duck on the white paper. Don’t draw it too big than the width.
Find a CD and a film can, take off the cover of the film can, apply a little glue on the open end to the center hole of the CD, and heat the glue on the edge of the film can to achieve a complete seal.
After waiting for the glue to cool down, use a thumbtack to poke a hole in the center of the top of the film can so that air can pass through. Then prepare a balloon and put it on the film can. Then use the air hole to inflate, and then open the air inlet. Seal it and the hovercraft is ready.
