There is a coffee drink called Irish coffee. It's made of coffee and Irish whiskey.

Production method:

Step 1: add Irish whiskey into the special glass of Irish coffee;

Step 2: heat the cup on an alcohol lamp to volatilize alcohol;

Step 3: add a spoonful of espresso and sugar to the cup;

Step 4: Add whipped cream to the cup and it's done.
